3. What if I want a Single room instead of Double occupancy?
A limited number of single rooms and rooms with Air Conditioning will be available at additional cost (see the conference fees form.) Due to the limited availability, requests will be filled first for those with medical needs, then to other participants.
4. Will I get the class I want?
We certainly hope so! On April 1st we will begin filling classes by registration number. After April 5th, class assignments will be based on the date your forms are received. If a class does not fill and is cancelled, you will be placed in another of your class choices. The earlier your registration deposit, the lower your registration number and the more likely you will get your first class choice.
5. Goody bags?
